Property Cleanups

2-hour cleanup

2 hours with a team of 2 landscape technicians. This is our most popular property cleanup for seasonal yard cleanups, move-out cleanouts, tenant cleanings, property manager requests. You let us know what is important.

While we do our best, and offer consistent hard work, we cannot guarantee that any property is completely clean according a client's full desires, wishes and expectations. Each job has a trained technician who can efficiently remove as many unwanted plants, debris and items within the time limit they have.

Our team is trained to recognize the most common weed species in our area, including (common cultural names): 1) alfalfa, 2)white top, 3) black locust, 4) russian thistle, 5) siberian elm, 6) milkweed, 7) goathead, 8)rabbit brush, 9)dodder, 10) dandelion, 11) clover, 12) wild mustard. This gives you peace of mind to know you don't have to supervise, direct or hand hold. Let us take care of it and give you a clean yard to enjoy.

Additional Hour

Add an additional hour for our team (or 2 hours for a solo technician. while already on site. Above and beyond the base cleaning. Have the peace-of-mind to know that you have access to additional work that may be needed to get the job done right the first time. This applies to jobs when they are currently on-site. Price only valid for same-day service with existing property cleanup service.

Client can give give a limit, or give the team the discretion to decide day of on site. No partial hours. Limit to 5 hours total day cleanup (due to fatigue).

Routine landscape maintenance have these options and prices

Mowing services:

1) Mowing to medium height. 2) Trimming long blades with string trimmer, along edges, rocks, trees and fence posts. 3) Blowing off most dust, debris and clippings from adjacent rocks, patios and hardscapes. 4) bagging up, hauling away clippings. Includes dump fees. Based on bi-weekly service.

Extra services: extra long grass requiring two mows, add $10(small), $15 (medium), or $20 (large) per visit.

Edging, fertilization, sprinkler adjustments, aeration, de-thatching.

Small Lawns - $36 per visit

Based on front yard only, under 1,000 sq/ft. Add $5 if the only lawn is in backyard or requires gate pass through.

Medium Lawns - $48 per visit

Lawns 1,000-5,000 sq. ft. Two front/back lawns, or one larger lawn.

Large Lawns - $60 per visit

Lawns 5,000-10,000 sq/ft, throughout yard.

20 minute property cleanup - $30 per visit

As an add-on while we are on-site, we can perform weeding, bush trimming and hedging, raking, debris cleanup, for 20 minutes. Includes bagging up, hauling away, and dump fees.
