We photograph all cleaned areas, and record any needed areas for future, including possible needed repairs (which we can refer you to our partner services that can fix and repair). Our professional service offers set schedules, with a text when we are on our way, along with online invoice payments, making it easy and convenient. Our special 40% Discount House Cleaning Service training program works together with a local grant-funded non-profit initiative to train refugees in home service careers. These staff are already vetted, and in training. And the first visits have a highly-focussed supervision of your top priority cleaning areas. This program shares some of the costs of placement, training, and pay that normally would be paid by us. Cleaning Service Pricing

Our standard cleaning service pricing ranges from $45 - $65 an hour for each staff, depending on the type and complexity of cleaning service needed. That price includes the utilization of our own tools, supplies, and insurance and bonding. Depending on your personal home needs we can build that into a routine, consistent per-visit, or per-period pricing model that works for your lifestyle and budget. In addition, you could receive up to 40% off of those published prices, if accepted into our select training discount program.
