Property Cleanups

2-hour cleanup

2 hours with a team of 2 landscape technicians. This is our most popular property cleanup for seasonal yard cleanups, move-out cleanouts, tenant cleanings, property manager requests. You let us know what is important.

While we do our best, and offer consistent hard work, we cannot guarantee that any property is completely clean according a client's full desires, wishes and expectations. Each job has a trained technician who can efficiently remove as many unwanted plants, debris and items within the time limit they have.

Our team is trained to recognize the most common weed species in our area, including (common cultural names): 1) alfalfa, 2)white top, 3) black locust, 4) russian thistle, 5) siberian elm, 6) milkweed, 7) goathead, 8)rabbit brush, 9)dodder, 10) dandelion, 11) clover, 12) wild mustard. This gives you peace of mind to know you don't have to supervise, direct or hand hold. Let us take care of it and give you a clean yard to enjoy.

Additional Hour

Add an additional hour for our team (or 2 hours for a solo technician. while already on site. Above and beyond the base cleaning. Have the peace-of-mind to know that you have access to additional work that may be needed to get the job done right the first time. This applies to jobs when they are currently on-site. Price only valid for same-day service with existing property cleanup service.

Routine landscape maintenance have these options and prices

Mowing services:

1) Mowing to medium height. 2) Trimming long blades with string trimmer, along edges, rocks, trees and fence posts. 3) Blowing off most dust, debris and clippings from adjacent rocks, patios and hardscapes. 4) bagging up, hauling away clippings. Includes dump fees. Based on bi-weekly service.

Extra services: extra long grass requiring two mows, add $10(small), $15 (medium), or $20 (large) per visit.

Edging, fertilization, sprinkler adjustments, aeration, de-thatching.

BASIC: Lawn mowing Only - $39 per visit

Most size lawns, includes front and back. Mow, trim, blow edges.

Terms for all routine lawncare and yardcare plans: Extra $20+ for extra-large lawns above 5,000 sq/ft. Prices valid for weekly or bi-weekly visit routines only. Does not guarantee weed-free yard or complete lawn health. Based on what our team can do in the allotted time.

STANDARD: Lawn mowing + 1/2 hour Full-Service Yard Care - $69 per visit

A better value (savings of over $10 per visit) over separately priced services. Everything in basic, plus weeding, bush trimming, hedge clipping, raking, debris cleanup, for 30 minutes. Includes bagging up, haul away and dump fees.

DELUXE: Lawn mowing+ 1/2 hour Full Service Yardcare + Lawn Enhancement - $95 per visit

The best value, for a cleaner, more professional well-kept yard. Everything in Standard, plus alternating lawn edging along hardscapes for a sharp look, and lawn fertilization and weed control for a greener, healthier lawn. A savings of up to $45 over separately priced services.

30 minute property cleanup - $40 per visit

As an add-on while we are on-site, we can perform weeding of most weed species, bush trimming and hedging, raking, debris cleanup, for 30 minutes, or for each additional 30 minutes. Includes bagging up, hauling away, and dump fees. For full hour, double this rate. $70 for non-lawn, 1/2 hour yard care only visits.
